  • Follow up on outstanding concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly organized Patient Liaison to join our team. Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families via phone
  • Respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to families navigating patient care services
  • Coordinate communication between families, staff, and departments as needed

Qualifications
