Job summary

You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources to ensure accurate intake, verify insurance, and coordinate equipment and respiratory services. Applicants should have experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage and manage patient intake.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for equipment and respiratory products.
• Maintain records and logs in accordance with standards.
