ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers seeks a Patient Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the initial visit through treatment completion.

The role is full-time, with an hourly salary of $21.00–$24.00 plus performance bonuses, and includes comprehensive benefits. Join a patient-centric team offering a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or medical office is preferred.
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning is preferred.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience.
• Manage the patient intake process, including forms and data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Monitor patient wait times and coordinate with the General Manager for a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain the Center’s calendar to optimize operations.
• Order and organize patient materials as needed.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
• Perform other duties to support the Center’s success.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
• Order and organize patient materials as needed
• Scan and upload documents into patient records
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills
• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred
• Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems
• A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed
