ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Pepper Pike, OH seeks a Patient Intake Coordinator to provide a welcoming, efficient front-line experience from first visit to treatment completion. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday work with comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) plan, plus bonuses based on performance.

You will manage patient intake, appointments, data entry, and communications, ensuring accuracy and a smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience and ensure patients feel valued.
• Manage patient intake, forms, data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out in a welcoming environment.
• Monitor wait times and collaborate with GM for a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the center calendar for efficiency.
• Organize patient materials and scan/upload documents.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office tasks.

Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $18 - $22.00 /hour plus performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
• Order and organize patient materials as needed
• Scan and upload documents into patient records
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success

We're Looking For:

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills
• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred
• Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
