ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to be the friendly first touch for patients, guiding them from their first visit through treatment.

You will manage intake forms, schedule appointments, greet guests, handle calls, and keep the calendar aligned with clinical and admin teams.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth with TAG family.

Formación

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with strong communication.
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling or treatment planning preferred.
• Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring patients feel valued and supported.
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of forms and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
• Order and organize patient materials as needed.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
