Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is hiring a Patient Intake Coordinator in the United States. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience from the first visit through treatment completion.

This full-time role offers 22.00–24.00 USD per hour plus monthly bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include managing patient intake, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining a professional front-desk presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with strong communication skills.
• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
• Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
• A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
• Order and organize patient materials as needed
• Scan and upload documents into patient records
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success
