Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for patients from their first visit through treatment completion.

You will manage the intake process, schedule appointments, enter data accurately, greet patients, and support clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of forms and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out with a professional, welcoming environment.
• Monitor patient wait times and collaborate with management to ensure a seamless experience.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
• Order and organize patient materials as needed.
• Scan and upload documents into patient records.
• Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.

What You’ll Do:
