Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Admissions Registrar to gather, verify, and document demographic and financial data for patients. You will work to uphold patient rights, handle consents, and support as part of the patient admissions team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic typing/computer skills, and prior customer service or office experience. You will participate in shift handoffs and ensure accurate pre-certification/tracking for services.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; typing and computer skills helpful; medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information required by federal mandates (e.g., Patient Rights and Responsibilities, Advance Care Directives).
• Receive and document shift reports at start/end of shifts.
• Obtain consents, assignment of benefits, and releases for services.
• Record religious preference and affiliation information as needed.
• Assist with safe transport and ensure pre-certification/pre-authorization for services.
