You will interact with patients, physicians, and staff, processing consents, and documenting data while adhering to standard procedures and organizational values.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Courses in typing and computer skills; medical terminology preferred.
• Experience: Customer service relations and office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers, verifies, and documents demographic and financial data from patients.
• Obtains consents, assignment of benefits, and releases.
• Pre-certification and pre-authorization for services; reviews Patient Rights and Responsibilities and Medicare messages.
