SolutionHealth is seeking an Admissions Registrar to gather, verify and document demographic and financial data for patients. You will need to work to reflect the mission, values, and standards of the organization.

Responsibilities include providing patient information related to Medicare/Medicaid and handling shift reports, consents, and referrals. Strong customer service and data accuracy are essential.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; typing and computer skills preferred.
• Experience: Customer service relations and office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patients with information required by federal mandates.
• Receives and provides shift report at beginning and end of shifts.
• Obtains consents, assignment of benefits, and releases.
• Obtains information on religious preference and affiliation.
• Practices safe transport of patients.
• Initiates inquiries and ensures pre-certification/pre-authorization for services.
