Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet patients, schedule imaging appointments, and register patients with a cheerful and professional demeanor. This temporary/PRN role supports the front desk by handling calls, coordinating with clinicians, and assisting with insurance verification and pre-certifications.

The position requires a High School Diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing; MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls promptly to Center Team Members.
• Register patients and schedule appointments; provide preparation instructions.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and relay messages about scanner status.
• Maintain front office area and order office supplies as needed.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certify exams as required.
• Handle reports, billing info, and medical release forms as requested.
