Qualifications

• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Basic food knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient tray assembly and delivery.
• Take patient menu selections.
• Ensure dietary restrictions are followed.
• Provide alternatives within prescribed diets as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient information on assigned units.
• Support dietitians with monitoring certain patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction through quality service.
