Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a patient-centered Pharmacist to join our employee-owned team. In this role you will deliver personalized clinical care, build relationships with patients, and ensure safe, accurate prescription services within a neighborhood pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or BPharm) from an accredited college.
• Active state Pharmacy license.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicaid and DME billing.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with patients by providing personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services while engaging in meaningful clinical conversations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and corporate pharmacy partners to deliver patient outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for improving services and enhancing the patient experience.
• Participate in clinical initiatives and community-focused programs, including point-of-care testing, women's health services, medication take-back programs, and more.
• Serve as a trusted healthcare resource and advocate for patients.
