Job summary

Coborn's in Minnesota is seeking a patient-centered Pharmacist to deliver compassionate clinical care in a community setting. You will uphold safety, accuracy, and strong patient relationships while collaborating with pharmacists, technicians, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or PharmD from an accredited college.
• Active Registered Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients through personalized pharmacy care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services with clinical conversations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and corporate partners to improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and patient experience.
• Participate in clinical initiatives and community programs, including point-of-care testing and women's health services.
• Advocate for patients and act as a trusted healthcare resource.
