Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Understanding of Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Exceptional customer service and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with patients by providing personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services while engaging in clinical conversations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and corporate partners to deliver patient outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and patient experience.
• Participate in community-focused programs and point-of-care testing.
