Job summary

Inova Primary Care - Crystal City in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time day shift runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 400 Fannon St.

You will perform essential duties in a clinic setting, including intakes, med reconciliation, patient education, vaccines, injections, and phlebotomy, while delivering safe, holistic care and supporting patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing
• RN licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia
• BLS from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in clinic/outpatient settings including full intakes
• Reconciliation of medications and patient education
• Vaccinations/Injections/Phlebotomy
• Provides safe/therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way in a physician practice or outpatient setting
• Ensures efficiency in delivery of care and supports team productivity
• Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge and experience

Education

BSN from accredited nursing program

RN license or eligibility in Virginia

Complete BSN within 5 years of start
