Cleveland Clinic’s Independence Family Health Center is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Care Assistant to support patients and caregivers in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will perform health screenings, collect specimens, update medical records, and help prepare exams and procedures under RN/LIP supervision.

On-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The role may evolve to a Medical Assistant with broader clinical exposure, including medication management

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• BLS certification must be obtained within the new-hire period.

Responsabilidades

• Provide or assist with patient care in an outpatient clinic under supervision.
• Complete rooming: vitals, height, weight, intake questions, documentation.
• Collect specimens, perform point-of-care tests, prep for lab transport.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist with tests such as EKG and oxygen checks.
• Administer treatments as directed and assist with wound care.
• Document in the electronic health record and maintain clinic readiness.
• Stock supplies, monitor equipment, and support daily operations.
