Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offer a 'white glove' experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process and coordinate with medical staff.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
