Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient clinics. You will welcome patients, handle check-ins, collect payments, and support daily operations with a professional, empathetic approach.

The role includes guiding new patients through intake, coordinating with medical staff, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and receive payments.
• Provide friendly, professional service and a 'white glove' experience.
• Guide new patients through intake processes and coordinate with medical staff.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
