Bookmark Medical in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time role (30+ hours) to assist providers in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. You will welcome patients, take vitals, assist during exams, perform point-of-care testing, and maintain precise EHR documentation.

We value teamwork and ongoing growth. Accredited MA training and MA certification (reimbursed) are preferred, with 1+ year healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse).
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
