Bookmark Medical in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Medical Assistant to join our provider-centered, patient-focused team. You will welcome patients, take vitals, support exams, and maintain accurate EHR documentation in a fast-paced environment.

We value collaboration and growth; accredited MA training or equivalent is required, along with MA certification or willingness to obtain it (reimbursed). Prior healthcare experience and strong communication are a plus.

Qualificações

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, wewillreimburse for your certification).
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines
