You will welcome patients, take vitals, assist during exams, document in the EHR, and help with tests and vaccines. Accredited MA training or equivalent, MA certification (reimbursed), and 1+ year healthcare experience are preferred; flexible benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain; reimbursement provided).
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
