You will follow standardized recipes, complete production worksheets and waste logs, monitor temperatures, supervise storage, and report equipment issues. You must comply with health regulations, attend required meetings, and pursue required certifications.

Qualifications

• Tastes meals to ensure quality standards.
• Monitors food temperatures to meet safety goals.
• In absence of Chef Manager, checks deliveries and inspects supplies.

Responsibilities
