Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, families and staff according to approved menus.
• Follow standardized recipes and portioning standards.
• Monitor temperatures of hot/cold foods and maintain safety guidelines.
• Maintain daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Assist in delivering and taking orders as needed.
• Comply with health, sanitation and safety regulations.
