Qualifikationen

• Current Food Handlers card or obtained within 30 days of hire as required.
• PIC training provided through the County Health Department.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prepares all work areas for operation per task assignment and maintains sanitizer strength.
• Set-up area including utensils, restock and organize assigned area.
• Produces and maintains attractive, appetizing and quality food and beverages.
• Follows menu cycle, proper portions and standardized recipes.
• Greets customers and serves with focus on customer service.
• Addresses complaints professionally and seeks management when needed.
• Cleans spills promptly and removes trash from service areas.
• Merchandises area with a clean, uncluttered layout.
• Maintains sanitation, safety and quality guidelines.
• Documents temperatures and alerts management of malfunctions.
• Operates, cleans and stores equipment properly.
• Stores and labels food items and chemicals properly.
