Responsibilities

• Set up area with utensils, restock and keep area clean throughout shift.
• Produces and maintains attractive, appetizing, quality food and beverage products.
• Follows menu cycle, proper portions and standardized recipes using FIFO.
• Greets customers and serves with courteous, efficient service.
• Addresses complaints politely and seeks management when needed.
• Cleans spills promptly and removes trash from service areas.
• Maintains orderly, clean work areas and proper labeling of items.
• Documents temperatures and alerts management of any malfunctioning equipment.
