Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and to educate patients on equipment use. The role includes patient orientation, route adherence, and maintaining the delivery vehicle. On-call shifts in evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of driving experience; a valid license is required. Home care background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and 15+ pounds above shoulder level.
• Must read and understand DOT and FDA paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes and schedules with safe driving practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and proper loading/unloading.
• Build positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Work on-call rotation in evenings/weekends for emergencies.
