Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients. You will set up equipment and educate patients on proper use, while following patient orientation checklists and maintaining a clean, organized delivery vehicle.

This role includes on-call shifts in evenings and weekends. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of driving experience, and a valid driver's license, with a focus on safety and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience; home care/healthcare a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and meet physical requirements per DOT/FMC regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and loading/unloading safety.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and team members.
• Keep vehicle and warehouse clean and compliant with FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations evenings and weekends.
