Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely and timely deliver home medical equipment and provide patient education on equipment use. You will follow patient orientation, maintain schedules, and ensure vehicle safety while supporting the team.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year driving experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Healthcare background a plus. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience; healthcare background a plus.
• Excellent speaking and writing; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds; basic computer skills and DOT/FDA paperwork awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and internal teams.
• Keep vehicle and warehouse clean, observing FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings/weekends as needed.
