Job summary

MaxHealth's Cancer Center of Sarasota is hiring a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, schedule patients, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour with benefits including health, 401k, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays, and PTO. Hours are Mon-Thu 7:30-4 (32 hours) with rotating Fridays at Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule appointments and assist with forms and paperwork.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
