MaxHealth's Cancer Center of Sarasota is hiring a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Starting salary is $17.00 per hour with regular weekday hours (Mon–Thu 7:30–4; 32 hours/week) and rotating Fridays, at Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Word, Outlook, and facility software; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

As a Front Office Representative, you are directly involved in ensuring that we always deliver focused and empathetic patient care. You thrive in this patient-focused environment as you greet patients warmly upon arrival with compassion, schedule appointments, assist patients with any necessary forms or paperwork, and maintain confidentiality throughout daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENATIVE

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
