HonorHealth is seeking an ENTREE COOK for Tempe Medical Center. The role covers cooking cafeteria and catering items, including therapeutic diets, hot foods, soups, sauces, and patient trays. You will operate kitchen equipment, ensure safety, and assist other Food Service workers.

Qualifications include a Food Handlers Card; technical training preferred. Less than high school required with related experience.

Formación

• Experience with prep of entrees, vegetables, sauces.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes.
• Familiarity with food safety and temperature logs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare entrees, vegetables, starches, sauces and soups.
• Set up and serve meals per schedule.
• Cook with ovens, choppers, mixers, grills and more.
• Maintain safe food temperatures and log temps.
• Plan day production to meet patient tally.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
