Formación

• Entree Cook requires knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
• Experience with therapeutic diets and standard recipes is a plus.
• Must have Food Handlers Card.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare entrees, vegetables, starches, sauces and soups according to recipes.
• Set up and service meals in accordance with schedules and procedures.
• Cook items using various kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, steamers, and slicers.
• Maintain food temperatures and document logs for safety and quality.
• Monitor production plan and adjust for census and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure sanitary standards are maintained throughout the kitchen.
