Qualifications

• Current state Food Manager Certificate is required.
• Experience in quality food preparation and production in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Prepares meals according to scheduled menus.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Labels, dates, and stores food items properly.
• Monitors temperatures of food, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Trains or supervises Nutrition Services staff as needed.
• Helps ensure patient meals meet flavor and temperature standards.
