Redbock - an NES Fircroft company is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support an ongoing study. The role focuses on patient-facing coordination, source documentation, data management, and handling clinical supplies.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable engaging with patients, tech-savvy, and experienced in clinical trial support, with 1–3 years of CRC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of CRC experience in a life sciences organization.
• Experience with human research participants and clinical trial data collection.
• Proficient with EDC systems and clinical trial technology.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients to schedule study visits, confirm appointments, and ensure visit completion.
• Handle source documents and correct paper-based records.
• Track and manage clinical supplies going to patients.
• Conduct remote evaluations and distribute patient surveys per protocol.
• Enter data into EDC and resolve data queries.
• Follow up on adverse events and collect relevant information.
