Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• GCP knowledge and regulatory guidelines are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical research activities to ensure study protocols are followed.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure ethical conduct in all study interactions.
• Collect, process, and ship biological specimens per protocol.
• Perform basic clinical procedures as certified (e.g., vitals, EKGs).
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRFs and electronic data capture systems.
• Communicate with sponsors, monitors, and IRBs regarding progress and compliance.
• Schedule participant visits and manage visit windows.
