Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily pharmacy operations and verify dispensing accuracy.
• Review medication orders and provide clinical interventions as needed.
• Educate healthcare teams and patients; support immunization services.
• Maintain excellent customer service and document care in the EMR.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents when assigned.
