Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school.
• Licensed Pharmacist with 1 year of practice or completion of a PGY-1 residency.
• Licenses: KBP, Basic Life Support within 90 days; ACLS within 90 days.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders and provide necessary clinical interventions.
• Complete pharmacy consults; educate patients and healthcare teams.
• Direct pharmacy technician workflow; ensure accuracy of final products.
• Manage medication use including compounding, storage, and stocking.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimize patient care.
• Develop medication use evaluations and lead process improvements.
