Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is assisting a premier Metro Atlanta group in recruiting a Board Certified Primary Care Physician for an outpatient practice. You will join a patient-first team, delivering preventive care with extended visit times and collaborative support from health coaches, behavioral health specialists, dietitians, and care coordinators.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
Board Certified in General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active, unrestricted Georgia Medical License (or eligible for immediate state endorsement).
5 to 20 years of direct outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care with a focus on prevention and wellness.
Lead a clinical pod and manage a dedicated patient intake.
Direct care workflows with on-site nursing and administrative support.
Participate in an equitable after-hours triage schedule with group colleagues.
Coordinate care across an integrated network of specialists and health coaches.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with quality standards.
Build lasting patient partnerships with extended visit times and personalized care planning.
