Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-certification and prior authorization processes with insurance providers and internal teams.
• Review patient treatment plans to establish financial responsibility and communicate it to the patient.
• Explain insurance benefits, coverage limitations, and patient financial obligations.
• Assist patients with applying for financial assistance and grant programs as needed.
• Maintain EMR and billing software accuracy and ensure timely communication with providers and staff.
