Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers seeks a Manager of Patient Financial Counseling & Outreach to lead the program, supervise counselors, and oversee enrollment activities. You will ensure Medicaid/CHIP enrollment, Sliding Fee programs, and outreach align with funder requirements and health center goals.

The role involves program oversight, staff development, data reporting, and collaboration with community partners to improve access to care for underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Patient Financial Services.
• Experience with government and private grants preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Patient Financial Counselors, Enrollment Specialists, and Certified Enrollment Counselors.
• Oversee Medicaid, CHIP, and other health coverage enrollment activities.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, HIPAA, and grant-funded outreach requirements.
• Develop workflows and provide ongoing staff development and training.
• Monitor enrollment metrics, outcomes, and reporting to leadership.
