Responsibilities

• Accountable for successful relationships with site/system administrative teams.
• Develop and execute site implementation plans to hardwire and sustain the Signature Experience.
• Provide coaching to patient experience teams to ensure objectives are met.
• Serve as an expert resource for organizational change and evidence-based practices.
• Coach leadership teams on use of evidence-based tactics and techniques.
