Job summary

You will act as a knowledge and process expert, plan trainings, analyze data, and partner with regional leaders to enhance patient experiences across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience consulting or coaching evidence-based patient experience in a health care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CAHPS and patient experience surveys affecting public reporting and reimbursement.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to travel to all entity locations within the geographic service area.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and process expert on patient experience improvement.
• Point of contact for facilities; respond to patient experience inquiries.
• Plan and provide training, coaching, and observation in patient experience improvement.
• Prepare oral and written reports on progress toward goals.
• Monitor, analyze patient experience data to identify priorities.
• Act as change agent to implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and leadership to drive system performance.
• Develop tools and procedures for system-wide patient experience.
