Job summary

Saint Clare's Health seeks a leadership-focused educator to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for Pati ent Care and Clinical Ancillary Services. You will lead professional development and teaching efforts for staff across facilities.

Requirements include RN licensure, 5 years acute care, 2 years education experience, and a Master's in nursing or education. This is a per diem, variable shift role across Prime Healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience.
• Requires Master's preparation in nursing and/or education.
• Must be able to travel to a variety of Prime Healthcare facilities on an as needed basis.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $55.50/Hr. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
