Job summary

Saint Clare's Health is seeking a Per Diem Nursing Education Specialist to lead educational design and delivery for Patient Care and Clinical Ancillary Services. You will plan, implement and evaluate training programs to support clinical excellence.

The role focuses on professional development and teaching/learning, requiring collaboration with clinical leaders to align training with patient care standards. Per diem schedule may vary by facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience
• Requires Master’s preparation in nursing and/or education, or comparable graduate education.
• Must be able to travel to a variety of Prime Healthcare facilities on an as needed basis

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $55.50.
