NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn is seeking a Patient Experience Associate to welcome and screen visitors, vendors, patients, and staff with excellent communication. The role focuses on hospital access control and enforcing screening policies to ensure a safe, respectful environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree and 2 years of customer service experience, with the ability to triage escalations quickly and work calmly in a busy hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes and screens all visitors, vendors, patients, and employees entering the hospital.
• Manages access control and enforces screening policies.
• Rounds in units to greet patients and families and document interactions in the iRound tool.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support visitor, patient, vendor, and employee needs.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
