You will collaborate with the care team to deliver a member-centered experience, handling insurance validation, scheduling, and payments with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Prepare patients for appointments and share required information.
• Explain services and appointment details to members.
• Notify patients of delays and assist with comfort.
• Maintain clean reception and waiting areas.
• Collect insurance cards, IDs, referrals and docs; save in EMR.
• Validate demographics and insurance; explain privacy policies.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups per policy.
• Collect co-pays and balances; submit batches daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
