Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
• Data Entry and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and communicate pleasantly.
• Verify demographics and insurance information for accuracy.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take messages in the EMR system.
• Register, verify, and schedule patient appointments and referrals.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments per office protocols.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile deposits.
• Maintain compliance and dependable attendance.
