Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Registers new patients and updates demographics; collects co-pays and balances.
• Process referrals and authorizations when required.
• Scan documents, file records, and ensure billing entries are documented.
• Facilitate patient flow and schedule follow ups and surgeries as needed.
• Maintain PHI security and confidentiality.
