Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and agency required automobile coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide front-desk service at check-in and check-out.
• Verify insurance and demographic information; collect co-pays.
• Manage phones, messages, and scheduling; maintain organized front office.
• Enter data into electronic health records (EHR) accurately and securely.
• Travel to nearby clinic locations as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
